Walking Directions

Directions from the Hartford Hospital parking garage to the ERC building (560 Hudson Street) follow.  You can get here via two different routes:

Walking outside:

1. Go to lobby of garage building. Exit building. Children's Hospital will be directly ahead, Hartford Hospital's main entrance to your left. Turn to face Hartford Hospital, cross Seymour Street (don't walk to hospital entrance), turn left and walk on Seymour Street to the corner of Jefferson Street. Turn right and walk just past next traffic light (to brick wall that says Hartford Hospital).
   
2. Cross Jefferson Street at the crosswalk, turn right and walk past small brick house. Go up stairs to left  and continue to entrance of the Education and Research Center (ERC) Building.
   
3. Check in with security desk in lobby of ERC building for directions to HPHO office.

Walking Part of the Way Inside:

1. Go to lobby of garage building.  Next to Security Desk, take stairs up to 2nd floor and follow walkway to Hartford Hospital all the way until it ends (you will go through a glass enclosed section and then past a bank of elevators).  Turn left, take that hallway to the end, then turn left again.  You will be at another bank of elevators.
   
2. Take elevator (or stairs) to first floor. You will be in the lobby of the 85 Jefferson Street building. Go outside to street, turn right, and continue just past the traffic light (to brick wall that says Hartford Hospital).
   
3. Cross Jefferson Street at the crosswalk, turn right and walk past small brick house. Go up stairs to left to entrance of the Education and Research Center (ERC) Building.
   
4. Check in with security desk in lobby of ERC building for directions to HPHO office.
