Medical Management Committee
Medical Management Committee consults with the Medical Director on items related to delegated medical management, including changes to the criteria used for inpatient utilization management and discharge planning. These criteria are reviewed annually by the Medical Mangement Committee. Click here to review the most recent notification. Committee members comment on Pay-for-Performance measures that the HPHO establishes with payers. The Committee is also involved in shaping the HPHO’s Clinical Integration initiatives including review of Disease Registry Guidelines. The HPHO Medical Director, Dr. Stephen Upham, is Chairman of the committee and reports to the the committee's activities to the HPHO Board of Directors on a regular basis.
