Contract Oversight Committee
Contract Oversight Committee hears about the contractual decisions facing the HPHO and makes recommendations about how the decisions should be made. Often the discussions are about specific contracts where we are trying to determine how to respond to a proposal from a payer. Sometimes the discussions are more theoretical, such as establishing guidelines for staff about how to balance the needs of PCPs vs. specialists with regard to pay-for-performance initiatives.
